JS Advisory was founded in 2026. The idea came from a realisation during my time at a buy side foreign institutional fund, where I met with management teams of multiple listed companies across India. I saw the same gap again and again: founders and management executing well on the business, while the IR function lacked the analytical depth and proactive communication global institutions expect. As a result, strong companies were being overlooked, under owned, and mispriced.
JS Advisory was built to bridge that gap, bringing a buy side perspective to how emerging Indian companies position their story to foreign institutional capital.

Jesse's background spans Ox Capital, an emerging markets FII fund based in Sydney, Australia. Prior to this, he worked at EY across Strategy & Transactions and Assurance, and holds a Chartered Accountant qualification (CA ANZ).Â
He speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, spends his time between India, Australia, Singapore and the UK.
